Digital Gift card

Follow these steps to send a gift card.

1. Open the gift flow

   Click “Send As A Gift.” A pop-up window will open.

2. Step 1 — Choose a design
   • From the Template dropdown (e.g., “Corporate & Business Rewards”), pick a category.
   • Choose a prebuilt design, or upload your own image.
   File requirements: .webp, .png, .jpg, .jpeg • Max size: 5 MB
3. Step 2 — Gift card details

   Gift card value: Select a preset amount or enter a custom amount (up to 7,000 AED).

   Recipient details:

   • Send this gift to myself: The Recipient Name field is hidden; the card will be sent to you.
   • Otherwise, enter:
     • Recipient Name (under 100 characters)
     • Recipient Email
   • Optional: Hide recipient details on the gift card (useful for surprises).

   Delivery time:

   • Send now: The recipient receives the email after payment is successful and acknowledged by Team JAMA.
   • Schedule for later: Choose a date; the recipient receives the email on that date after payment is successful.
   If the email isn’t visible, check Inbox, Spam/Junk, or Promotions. Still not received? Contact our team with valid proof. We’ll verify and resolve within 1–2 business days.
4. Step 3 — Message (only if sending to someone else)
   • Sender Name (under 100 characters)
   • Message to recipient (your personal note)
   • Optional: Add a video message by following the on-screen instructions in the video section.
5. Checkout and payment
   • If you selected “Send to myself,” you’ll be taken directly to the cart/checkout to pay.
   • Otherwise, proceed to checkout after completing your message.
   • Amounts display in your local currency. The maximum gift card value remains equivalent to 7,000 AED.
   • Tailor your gift card—choose any amount from minimum AED 1,000 to maximum AED 7,000.

Follow these steps to use your Jama Jewels gift card.

1. Check your email

   You’ll receive a digital gift card via email. Look for your unique code and the value: (The Gift Card Value).

2. Shop on Jama Jewels

   Add your desired items to the cart.

3. Apply the code at checkout
   • At checkout, find the “Gift Card / Coupon” field.
   • Paste the code exactly as shown (codes may be case-sensitive; avoid extra spaces).
   • Click Apply and confirm the discount appears in your order total.
4. Complete payment

   If your order total exceeds the gift card value, pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.

Enter your gift card code to see your current balance and expiration date.
