Refund Policy 

If you select cash as your preferred refund method, we will repurchase your item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. You will receive a cash refund for 60% of the invoice amount, provided the refund request is made within 1 year from the invoice date. This option ensures you receive a substantial portion of your original purchase price back in cash.

Exchange Policy 

If a customer wishes to exchange a product, we will apply a 30% deduction from the invoice amount. The remaining amount can be used towards acquiring a new product or obtaining a discount on another item (within 1 year from the invoice date).

Pricing Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Jama Jewels reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

If your order is canceled and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Jama Jewels Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of invoice on all Jama Jewels products, covering manufacturing defects only.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing faults

• Setting or clasp issues (excluding stone loss)

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear

• Missing Stones 

• Loss or theft of jewelry

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
