  • We specialize in lab-grown diamonds. Our diamonds are created in controlled environments using advanced technology and offer a modern, ethical alternative to mined diamonds.

  • We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and have showrooms in UAE, United States and Belgium.

  • Yes. You can visit our showroom at 903, Sherina Plazza 3, Deira Corniche Road, near Gold Souq Metro Station, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Our showroom timings are Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 9 pm and Sunday: 11 am to 6 pm.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Yes. We offer free shipping across the UAE.

  • Yes, we ship across the GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait. All our shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • For orders shipped outside the UAE (in GCC) and below AED 5,000, a shipping fee of AED 150 will be applied at checkout.

  • Dispatch timelines depend on the product type, gold type, and delivery destination.

    Our Ready-to-Ship collection is delivered within 1–3 business days in the UAE and 3–5 business days across the GCC. Please allow an additional 1 business day if resizing is required.



    For made-to-order pieces:

    • 18KT products: 8–9 business days within the UAE and 10–12 business days outside the UAE
    • 10KT & 14KT products: 12–14 business days within the UAE and 14–16 business days outside the UAE
  • Yes. We offer a Ready to Ship collection for selected pieces.

  • Yes. International orders beyond the GCC can be arranged by contacting our team. Availability, eligibility, delivery timelines, and shipping costs depend on the destination.

  • No, customs duties and taxes are not included and will need to be paid by the customer as per the regulations of the destination country.

Custom Jewellery

  • Yes. We offer custom jewellery services as well as personalization options on our designs.

  • Depending on the design, we can assist with engraving, color options, diamond size adjustments, and other specific requests.

  • Our custom jewellery process has three steps. First, you share your design idea with us and we provide a detailed quote. Next, we create a 3D CAD rendering for your review and approval. Once approved, we begin crafting your final piece.

  • You can start your custom jewellery request through our Customize Your Jewellery page or by contacting our team directly.

  • Custom jewellery orders follow the same production timelines as regular orders once all customizations are finalised.

Diamonds and Quality

  • Yes. We provide certification for our diamonds to ensure quality and authenticity. Diamonds above 1 carat come with IGI certification, while diamonds below 1 carat are certified by IDT.

  • Yes. All orders are delivered with a physical diamond certificate included in the package.

  • Yes, we provide a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

  • We evaluate diamond quality based on the 4 Cs: cut, color, clarity, and carat. Our trained gemologists carefully assess each diamond’s weight, dimensions, cut, color, and clarity.

  • We offer diamonds in the colorless and near-colorless range (D-E-F).

  • We offer a wide range of diamond shapes to suit different styles and preferences. These include round brilliant, oval, cushion, princess, pear, marquise, emerald, radiant, and heart, along with other fancy shapes depending on the design and collection availability.

  • Yes. We are proud to source our diamonds responsibly and support ethical practices in the diamond industry.

  • We use the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) process to create our diamonds.

Ring Sizing & Cleaning

  • We provide a Ring Size Chart, a printable sizing guide, and instructions for creating a DIY ring sizer at home. You may also contact our customer care team for help.

  • All our rings are listed in standard US sizes. We also provide an international conversion chart for added convenience.

  • Yes, we offer one-time ring resizing after purchase, allowing adjustments of up to one size higher or lower.

  • Yes, we provide cleaning, polishing, and maintenance services for all orders.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Yes. We offer a 1-year return policy. Returns are eligible for a 60% refund, with a 40% deduction, as our products are made to order. Items must not be damaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by purchase invoice.

  • Yes. If you wish to exchange a product, a 30% deduction from the invoice amount will apply. The remaining amount can be used for a new product or as a discount on another item within 1 year from the invoice date. 

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@jamajewels.com.

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and assist you.

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Orders and Customer Support

  • Yes. You may update your shipping address within 2 business days of placing your order, provided the order has not already been processed and dispatched.

  • A copy of a National ID or passport is required for invoicing and shipping. Our customer service team will contact you after placing the order to assist with the required documentation. Orders cannot be processed without it.

  • Yes, we offer appointments and virtual consultations. You can connect with our team to schedule a session.

  • Yes, they can be ordered. If a Ready-to-Ship piece is unavailable, it can be made to order by consulting our customer care team via WhatsApp or email. However, please note that the delivery timeline will differ from Ready-to-Ship items.

  • We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, American Express along with Apple Pay. For customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, we also offer Tabby. Bank transfers are available by contacting our team.

  • Yes, we offer installment payments through Tabby, subject to eligibility. Customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait can pay in flexible installments ranging from 3 to 11 months.
