Shipping Costs

UAE- We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Outside the UAE -  Outside UAE we are shipping to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. For orders outside the UAE that are below AED 5000, a shipping fee of AED 150 will be automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing and Dispatch Time - For 18KT products
Within UAE - Within 8-9 Business Days
Outside UAE - Within 10-12 Business Days
Monday - Friday to be considered as Business Days

Order Processing and Dispatch Time - For 10KT , 14KT products
12-14 Business Days Inside UAE
14-16 Business Days outside UAE .

Note: 

  1. As per KYC requirements, providing a copy of your National ID or passport is mandatory for invoicing and shipping purposes. Orders cannot be processed without this information.
  2. Please note that during festive or holiday seasons, high order volumes and extended off days for courier companies can increase order fulfillment times by an additional 3-4 days.

Order Management 

  1. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you may request a refund, which will be issued as a 60% amount refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
  2. You can update your shipping address within 2 business days of placing your order by submitting a change request through any of our contact channels. However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be changed or re-routed. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  3. If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.

Availability & Delivery Disclaimer – Ready to Ship Collection

Our Ready to Ship Collection features pieces available for prompt dispatch however delivery times may vary based on your location. Also , as these items are also available for in-store purchase, there is a possibility that a piece may sell out in our showroom before your order is processed.

In such cases, we will offer either:

Make-to-Order Production – with an updated delivery timeline.

Order Cancellation – with a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Jama Jewels Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of invoice on all Jama Jewels products, covering manufacturing defects only.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing faults

  • Setting or clasp issues (excluding stone loss)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or wear and tear

  • Missing Stones 
  • Loss or theft of jewelry

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
