However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be changed or re-routed. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery of the Package	If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered	We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.

If you select cash as your preferred refund method, we will repurchase your item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. You will receive a cash refund for 60% of the invoice amount, provided the refund request is made within 1 year from the invoice date. This option ensures you receive a substantial portion of your original purchase price back in cash.

70% Exchange Value

If a customer wishes to exchange a product, we will apply a 30% deduction from the invoice amount. The remaining amount can be used towards acquiring a new product or obtaining a discount on another item (within 1 year from the invoice date).
