We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates.
Shipping Costs for Orders Outside the UAE
For orders outside the UAE that are below AED 5000, a shipping fee of AED 150 will be automatically applied at checkout.

Can You Change or Cancel Your Order?
Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you may request a refund, which will be issued as a 60% amount refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Can You Change Your Shipping Address?
You can update your shipping address within 3 business days of placing your order by submitting a change request through any of our contact channels. However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be changed or re-routed. Please note that we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Failed Delivery of the Package
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
We do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by our courier.
